He began his culinary journey at the age of 14 in Naples, where he developed an exceptional talent for Italian catering.
His talent for Italian dining soon proved exceptional, enabling him to gain solid experience in Italian cuisine and make a name for himself in the culinary industry.

A rich international career
Francesco traveled the world alongside chef Alfonso Iaccarino, immersing himself in different culinary cultures to enrich and refine his know-how.
With a long career as sub-chef at the Grand Lisboa in Macao, China, the Aldrovandi Palace in Rome (1 Michelin star) and the Italian restaurant at La Mamounia in Marrakech, head chef of the Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, executive sub-chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Casablanca and manager of MOD Milano 1933 in Marrakech’s Hivernage district, these experiences have enriched and perfected his skills, enabling him to become a talented and experienced chef.
